Midday Running
One of the good things about working from home is I can get outdoors in the middle of the workday for a run or a bicycle ride. I'm entitled to an hour of break time per day (and often have to work outside of normal business hours). Today I went for a run around 11:00. The weather was perfect for running, the sun was out, and I felt exuberant. It took about 40 minutes. I'm out of shape so I ended up running intervals, but I still felt good. Then I had to shower and ended up lunching at my desk. It was great though. It's a very refreshing way to break up the day. I hope to get out there again by the end of the week.
