Lobster

Yes, I eat meals in the garage. It's my home office for about half the year with a screen garage door.

 

We got a lobster roll place in Flagstaff. I got the warm lobster roll with butter, which is the only way I've ever had a lobster roll. It was delicious! I was suspicious of the butter packet but eventually it started to solidify so I think it was real butter. Also came with the pouch of sauce which was a spicy remoulade of a type I've had with po' boy sandwiches before. I preferred the melted butter to the sauce.

The lobster is flown all the way from Maine. Not sure why they don't use west coast lobster? ChatGPT implies that Pacific lobster is more chewy and less sweet, but I still don't fully trust ChatGPT. I don't think I've ever had any.
